- We will contact you by the end of the following business day to assist you.
- Swissclinical USA, Inc. is not responsible for the shipping costs of most returned or exchanged items.
- Please be sure to keep a copy of your order number and receipt as it will be needed to process any return or exchange.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at: info@swissclinicalusa.com
